Golden Globes 2016 red carpet didn’t disappoint me. There were so many amazing dresses, hairstyles and exquisite jewellery, that it will inspire stylists and bloggers to work harder and write about it for few months no less. And although none of my celebrity dress predictions came true (there is still hope for Oscars!), I am very happy with the dress choices by most of the girls.

Surprisingly, Cate Blanchett and Kate Winslet didn’t make it to my best dressed list this year. Cate’s pale pink Givenchy dress reminded me of the lampshade and it was not doing her body any good. I guess we have found a dress, that Cate is not able to pull off. And what regards to Kate Winslet, although she looked ok-ish in her dark blue Ralph Lauren dress, there was a feeling that I have already seen her in it few years ago! This was a super safe choice for Kate and I wish she picked something more intriguing. Well, at least she won a Golden Globe as a Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Steve Jobs movie. Congrats!
