Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas For Guys And Girls
February 3, 2012 by Rich Girl
I have already mentioned before, that Valentine’s Day is one of my most favorite holidays. I love everything about it: chocolates, flowers, cards, hearts, romantic diners and getaways. It is a very beautiful day of love and unity. And even if you don’t have that special someone at the moment, you should still spend this day pampering and spoiling yourself, because the first and most important person in your life is YOU! And you deserve the best!
For those of you, who have already found that special someone, I have a question: what gifts you usually buy, if you buy any at all? Girls, what do you get to your husbands or boyfriends? How do you surprise your Mr. Right on Valentines Day? I personally always find it difficult to find a perfect and suitable gift for a guy, that’s why I have decided to collect some ideas on the internet. Please let me know what do you think?
Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas For Men
1 – Great bottles of wine and golf balls
Well, maybe this gift idea is not very original, but it sure is practical. I think that every guy will be able to appreciate good wine and if he plays golf, then you should know better that there is never too much of golf balls.
2 – Cufflinks
Cufflinks is also a great present for guys, who wear suites to work or need to attend formal events on a regular basis. If you are not sure that your boyfriend even has a shirt with cufflinks, you can buy him a shirt as well. It is time you introduce him to classic attire.

3 – Valentine Bamboo
I don’t think that guys like to receive flowers on Valentines Day, but this bamboo is different. I can see this bamboo to be delivered to your boyfriends office by a courier. He will be pleasantly surprised and I think it will look nicely in his office. Bamboo symbolizes good luck and success and brings good fortune and prosperity to the house or office. It is also said that bamboo is luckiest when you receive it as a gift. So, isn’t it a great gift idea? You will help your boyfriend attract luck as well as it will always remind him about your love towards him.

4 – Cheesecake Heart
Who said that cakes are only for girls? Guys love sweet things and desserts as much as we do. Also, by giving him cake in a shape of heart you shoot two birds with one stone: you will have a romantic dessert to share between you and you have a present. Genius!
5 – Dom Perignon Champagne and Godiva Truffles
This present is of course unisex, but if you don’t have better idea, then this will be also perfect. Again, you can share it afterwards and toast your engagement, in case he will choose to propose on Valentines Day. You never know, need to be always ready and with great manicure!

6 – Chocolate Bouquet
This is also a great gift idea for a guy, but it is better be delivered to his office, because if you gonna have it at home, I bet you are not be strong enough to hold on to your resolutions to limit sugar intake.
Valentine’s Day – Sweets In Bloom Chocolate Enchantment Valentine’s Day Flower Bouquet – Best
6 – Ultimate Valentine’s Day Gift Just For Him
This gift covers everything Valentines Day stands for: flowers, candies or sweets and a gift. Well, I am still not sure about the flowers for a guy, but all together it looks quite fancy. What do you think?

7 – Personalized M&M’s
I love this personalized m&m’s idea! It is also fun to order, you can choose different colors, you can add your own text or choose from the selection that they already have and finally you can choose the package – a box, bottle, vase or dispenser. I think that personalized m&m’s in a dispenser is a super cool and fun gift idea for Valentines Day!

7 Ways To Celebrate Valentines Day In Luxury
January 28, 2012 by Rich Girl
Filed under Rich Girl's Blog, Rich Photos
Valentine’s Day is one of my most favorite days of the year, after my Birthday and New Years. I still remember how we all waited in anticipation this day in school, guessing if this year will be different and we will receive Valentine’s card from that special someone. Well, I received a lot of cute messages and cards on Valentine’s Day when I was studying, but never from someone I really wanted, which always made me feel disappointed. Now I remember it with a smile, back then it was a tragedy of my life.
Valentine’s Day is all about chocolate, red roses, champagne and love. Love between two people, what can be more beautiful and magical? There is no surprise that a lot of people choose Valentine’s Day for marriage or proposal, because everything around screams of love and unity. Together forever! This is the day when you want to believe in eternal love and true soul mates, the day you want to do something special and celebrate in style and luxury.
That is why I selected 7 most exciting and romantic ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day in The Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world.

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas – Champagne Sunset Sail
I think that sunset is the most romantic part of the day. What do you think? How would you like to enjoy a beautiful & romantic sunset in the Caribbean waters with a live guitarist on-board?! Well, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas is offering a special Champagne Sunset Sail this Valentine’s Day aboard Lady Lynsey, the resort’s luxury 53-foot catamaran which will pick guests up right from the resort beach.
Toast your romance with a selection of Champagne, savor specialty hors d’oeuvres and enjoy the soothing sounds of a live guitarist on-board as you sail through the serene Caribbean waters and watch one of St. Thomas’s legendary sunsets.
The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island – Fire by The Dunes
How about personal fire in the dunes, where a crackling fire, comfy blankets and the sound of soothing waves draw you closer?! If you and your partner love the beach, then the Fire by The Dunes experience at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island would be perfect choice for you this Valentine’s Day. The beach and fire by the dunes also includes s’mores, a thermos of hot chocolate, thermo cups and high-powered celestial binoculars for star gazing. A personal attendant is nearby to cater to your needs.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong – Take Your Breath Away
The world’s highest bar Ozone is offering a bespoke “Take Your Breath Away Dining Experience” which includes an exclusive use of the private dining room located at 490 metres above sea level, featuring captivating vistas of the city and Victoria Harbour; a 10-course menu, a bottle of Louis Roederer, Cristal 2004, a bouquet of 99 roses and a box of 99 pieces of chocolates. This exclusive package is available only on February 14 for one couple at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong – Sensational Spa-cial
Spa pampering is the ultimate Valentine’s Day indulgence for couples that is why The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA this Valentine’s Day will be offering a 90-minute bespoke treatment in the Couple’s Suite, followed by a 60-minute relaxation time when guests can enjoy the Jacuzzi overlooking the Victoria Harbour in the secluded haven of the suite.
A bottle of champagne with chocolate-coated strawberries and red roses, an ESPA gift and an afternoon tea for two at Café 103 are with the Spa’s compliment to complete the sweetest experience ever.
The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain – Romance Menu And Chocolate Decadence Buffet
This option will be perfect for people, who love chocolate, which is almost everyone of us. The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain restaurant’s à la carte romance menu on Valentine’s Day will include a Chocolate Decadence buffet created by Executive Chef David Serus. Valentine’s Dinner at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar will feature such main course selections as Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Green Asparagus and Dungeness Crab Béarnaise, Goat Cheese Soufflé Colorado Lamb with Truffle Gnocchi, and Pan-Seared John Dory with Crushed Fingerling Potatoes.

Occasions for Wearing Pearl Jewellery
January 10, 2012 by Guest Post
Prior to the most romantic holiday of all times – the Valentine’s day, we continue featuring jewelry related articles. Here is a guest post about the several occasions when wearing pearls would be the best choice. Enjoy! ~ Rich Girl
It is fair to say that pearls are one of the most luxurious and sought after forms of jewellery but they are not suitable for every occasion. There are certain social situations, however, that are tailored made for pearl necklaces or earrings and if you’re looking to add a touch of luxury to an outfit, pearl jewellery is the best way of achieving it.
Below are some of the main scenarios where pearl jewellery is likely to be the perfect accessory for your outfit:
Weddings – There is no occasion where pearl jewellery is more fitting than that of a wedding, particularly a winter wedding. Pearl earrings or a striking necklace are the perfect accompaniment to any wedding dress and will elevate your wedding outfit to a whole new level. There are many different types of pearls available, of course, but when it comes to complimenting a wedding dress, styles such as Akoya and Tahitian pearls are one of the best choices. Take a look at a stunning Tahitian pearl necklace below:

Cocktail Parties – There are invariably occasions where you want to make your mark and look a million dollars and pearl jewellery is the perfect way of doing this. When attending an upscale cocktail party, you will need to match your choice of jewellery with your outfit and this is why pearls are such an ideal solution as pearl earrings and necklaces can be used to compliment almost any elegant outfit. Once you’ve found a cocktail dress that is to your liking, your attention must turn to the jewellery that you are going to wear to accompany it – how about some of the examples below, which include one of the most stunning pearl necklace:

Job Interview – Needless to say, you need to make a positive first impression when attending a job interview and nothing exudes more elegance and sophistication than the pearl jewellery and, for this reason, it is the perfect accessory to wear to that important job interview. As the old saying goes, “you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression” and you won’t need any second chances if you turn up to your interview wearing a stylish pearl bracelet or an understated and sophisticated pearl necklace. The pearls below are ideal for attending a job interview:

If you have occasion coming up where you truly want to stand out from the crowd for your grace and sophistication, you are certainly unlikely to go too far wrong by choosing pearl necklaces, earrings or bracelets to accessorize your chosen outfit. Whether you opt for South Sea pearls, Tahitian, Akoya or Freshwater pearls, you know that you are wearing a piece of jewelry that is timeless as it is elegant and which is perfect for all upmarket occasions in your life.
Matching your Pearl Jewelry
It goes without saying that most women will want to wear a number of different types of jewellery with their outfit and when it comes to pearls, there is jewelry that doesn’t compliment pearls. For example, if you wear pearl necklace, you may wish to accessorize it with a pair of diamond earrings and this is a look which will add significant level of sophistication to your outfit, but avoid mixing it with cheap plastic accessories. Providing that the jewellery that you’re wearing (whether it be pearls, gold, silver or diamonds) are all of a similar quality and style, there is no reason that different jewels can’t be worn together successfully. But make sure you don’t over do it. If in doubt, only wear one piece of jewelry at any one time. Keep it simple, and follow the rule of elegance – less is more.
If you’re thinking that you really want to stand out from the crowd with your choice of pearl jewelry, it may be worth thinking about pink, gold or even black pearls – these unusual and unique forms of jewellery are the perfect choice for any occasion and will bring your outfit to life with their elegant shimmer and understated grace. Take a look at a breathtaking black pearl necklace below:

7 Most Expensive Diamonds in the World
January 10, 2012 by Guest Post
Valentine’s day is fast approaching and what a girl wants to receive as a present on this special day?! Of course fancy jewelry! And since diamonds are girls best friends, here is a guest post about some of the most expensive diamonds in the world. Enjoy! ~ Rich Girl
We know that some of you probably can’t afford even a fraction of the diamonds we’re going to show you today, even on a diamond ring. But those diamonds are so large, so beautiful and so expensive that they have inflamed the imagination of even the richest and most powerful people on this planet (living AND dead). Curious to see some of the most expensive precious stones in the world? Read on!
1 – The Moussaieff Red Diamond
This diamond, albeit rather small (5.11 carats) is estimated at 7 million dollars (not that much, you’ll see!), because of its unique color (Fancy Red) and intricate cut (trilliant cut). The Moussaieff is the largest Fancy Red diamond in the world and is owned by Moussaieff Jewellers Ltd., which is renowned for multi-million dollar pieces of jewelry.

2 – The Hope Diamond
The Hope Diamond, worth 350 million dollars and weighing 45.52 carats, is the inspiration behind the “Heart of the Ocean” diamond in the blockbuster movie “Titanic”. Some people believe it’s cursed; some old rumors (actually spread in the early 20th century) have the diamond stolen from a Sita statue in India, making the owner cursed. Kings of France and England as well as sultans have owned the diamond. And now the “most famous diamond in the world” is in display at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, DC. It is definitely must-see item in this museum.

3 – The Steinmetz Pink Diamond
This beautiful pink 59.60-carat diamond is the only diamond ever to be classified as “Fancy Vivid Pink” in color. It is currently worth around 25 million dollars and is the largest known pink diamond in the world. Pink diamonds are extremely rare and usually found in much smaller sizes. It took the Steinmetz Group 20 months to cautiously cut it, because it is so extraordinary, one wrong move and the priceless diamond would have shattered.

4 – The Cullinan Diamond
Worth 400 million dollars, the Cullinan diamond or “The Star of Africa” is the biggest gem-quality diamond ever found and the 2nd largest cut diamond in the world. At 3,106.75 carats (or 621.35 grams, almost a kilogram!) in the rough, the diamond was perfect to cut and polish into an impressive 530.2-carat tear-shaped diamond. The gem is on display of Crown Jewels in the Tower of London, United Kingdom.

5 – The Heart of Eternity Diamond
The story of the Hope Diamond might have inspired the story of Titanic, but its shape is based on the Heart of Eternity diamond, valued at 16 million dollars and weighing 27.64 carats. What makes it so unique is its deep, vivid blue color, unmatched by any other major blue diamonds. The Steinmetz group cut it into a heart shape before selling it to the De Beers group.

6 – The Sancy Diamond
The Sancy diamond, still inestimable (and therefore priceless) is part of the French Crown Jewel collection hosted at the Louvre museum. The cut of this diamond is unique: it is made of a pair of crowns and has no pavilion. The pale yellow color might be considered an imperfection, but its symmetrical cut is quite intriguing.
7 – The Koh-i-Noor
We couldn’t discuss famous expensive diamonds without mentioning the Koh-i-Noor. This diamond also remains inestimable; it is still part of the British Crown Jewels (actually set in the crown of the Queen Mother Elizabeth). It used to be the biggest known diamond in the world, but several cuts and re-cuts have made it smaller – 105 carats.
Imagine receiving one of these diamonds along with your Valentine’s Day flowers! Wouldn’t that be amazing? Oh, you’d also need a really strong vault to keep it protected from the thieves.

Happy St. Valentine’s Day to all the Rich and aspiring girls! This is a special day, when happy couples celebrate their love and those who haven’t found her Mr. Right yet, dream about meeting him. That is why I decided to search for the best heart shaped jewelry I could find and share it with you. Consider it my little present for you today! Almost every brand which creates and sells jewelry, have at least one piece with the shape of heart. And this is not a surprise, because presenting jewelry was always considered as a sign of your true love and passion.
Below are only a few pieces of heart shaped jewelry I really loved and could find on the Internet.
Bulgary

Dior

Graff Diamonds

This white heart shape diamond necklace by Graff Diamonds is something unbelievable!! With a 28.03 carat white “D” flawless heart shape diamond drop hanging from a smaller white heart shape diamond, this necklace is a unique piece of desire! If someone will present you with this necklace, you just need to say: Yes!!
Total diamond weight 96.67 carats.

Louis Vuitton

Carrera y Carrera

Cartier

I also fell in love with this heart shape necklace by Cartier. I think it is very chic and at the same time romantic and beautiful.

Chopard
I think that Chopard’s Happy Diamonds collection is the best St. Valentine’s Day present ever created.

So, girls what do you think? Do you like heart shape jewelry or you think it is too much? Would be great if you could share your favorite heart shape jewelry or maybe the one you have ever received on Valentine’s Day!
I wish you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day and that all other days were also filled with love and passion!

Rich Valentine’s Night in La Perla lingerie
February 5, 2010 by Rich Girl
Valentine’s Day is approaching rapidly and what is one of the best presents Rich Girls can prepare for their sweethearts?! Of course, the night they won’t be able to forget! And what can make the night so special and unforgettable?! Well, what would you say about striptease?! Imagine you turn on the romantic music, light up some candles and slowly enter the room, where he is waiting for you. Sounds like a perfect start for Valentine’s Day night, right?
I think it would be great, but if you want to stick to this kind of plan you will need two things: learn some basic sexy moves and amazing lingerie, which will help you feel confident, luxurious and most of all – special and sexy. Carmen Electra has, to my mind, amazing dvd series which will inspire you and help you learn some striptease basics. I would suggest you to try Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease – In the Bedroom
And regarding lingerie, my favorite brand for this matter is LA PERLA and not because LA PERLA is sophisticated, luxurious and expensive, but mostly because it makes me feel special and desired woman. All the money I have already spent on this glamorous and chic lingerie is well worth it. Of course, you can wear any brand you like for the big night, I am just highlighting one of the options
I haven’t decided yet, what exactly I am going to do for Valentine’s Day night, but I have already picked some of my favorites from LA PERLA just in case
See the pictures below
These three outfits would be great to wear if I want to be super sexy and hot. I was thinking to make a very dramatic make-up for this one (you can click on the pictures to zoom in and see details of these masterpieces):
And the following three of my picks would be perfect in case I want to feel romantic and beautiful (You can click on the pictures to zoom in and see details of these masterpieces):
So, what do you think?! Did I manage to convince you to try to prepare something special for this Valentine’s Day?
If your are not convinced, then you can check out my few gift ideas for guys on Valentine’s Day here or other cool ideas how to celebrate Valentines Day in style and luxury here. Our guys deserve a treat on this special day of love, right?!
You are welcome to share your favorite lingerie designs and brands with me, I would also love to see some pictures.
Get ready for Valentine’s Day, girls! And tell me all about it after

Tomorrow is one of my favorite holidays – St. Valentine’s Day! The day of happy couples and amazingly sweet presents
The Day of Love. The Day of proposals. The Day of Marriage.
I just wonder how many couples will get married tomorrow (by the way it is Saturday, the best day to get married
)? How many guys will present diamond rings to the girls they love and ask them to marry? Interesting what will they choose as a proposition method?
Oh, isn’t it wonderful?! The Day of Joy! What about you? Do you like this Holiday? What was so special about this Day in your life?
By the way, I have found the ring, which could be the best choice as the St. Valentine’s Day present – Happy diamonds by Chopard (this exact ring is on the picture) . I fell in love with this ring, it’s shape, rose gold and these 3 cute mobile diamonds. What could be more romantic than this?
Happy St. Valentine’s Day, my dear Rich Girl’s Club members! I love you all!
Yours,
