Rich Girl Visits Wonderful Portimao Beach in Portugal

This is the Part II of my story along with the pictures taken during my recent unforgettable trip to Portugal. I’ve spent 3 amazing days on the unique and picturesque beach of Portimao, called Praia da Rocha. Portimao is a very famous resort city in Algarve region of Portugal, mainly because of the beaches.

El Gran Gatsby Restaurant In Puerto Banus
A week ago I had a very special occasion and wanted to celebrate it in the unique and exquisite place. There are a lot of nice places around Marbella and Puerto Banus, but I needed not just a nice place, but something really special with spectacular views, romantic atmosphere and tasty food. So, I thought about El Gran Gatsby, recently opened restaurant in the exclusive place in Puerto Banus. I must say that I was taking a little bit of risk by going there, since this restaurant just opened and it was hard to find any reviews about this place. Anyway, I decided to trust my gut feeling and the fact that the owners of the place also own Magna Cafe, another famous and great restaurant.
I booked a table through the form on their site, after one hour a girl called me to confirm my booking and ask what time and where I preferred to be sited. Since I didn’t know the place I asked the girl to give us the best table they have. I really hoped she would place us at the best possible table, but I forced my expectations to stay low to avoid disappointment.
And so in the evening I put on my new dress, good mood and was ready to check out the new place and celebrate my special day.
When we arrived at El Gran Gatsby, we were pleasantly greeted and seated at the best table! I was so happy! The table was really the best I could think of with spectacular view of the port with amazing yachts on display. Also, because the restaurant is situated on the second floor, you can see the whole panorama of the port and my favorite La Concha mountain on the background. The interior also exceeded my expectations, it was cozy and at the same time very chic. At this point I could relax and start to enjoy my evening. It was time to order.
Although El Gran Gatsby has extended and exquisite choice of wine, we decided to go for my favorite Mumm Cordon Rouge champagne. They have more expensive champagne of course, but I somehow prefer Mumm and there is nothing you can do about it
As a starter we tried carpaccio of red prawns with spicy oil and ajo blanco sorbet. It was amazing! You can hardly understand that you are actually eating prawns, because they were cut so finely. I loved it.
As a second course my husband tried Asturian beef sirloin steak with virgin olive oil and allumette potatoes:
And I went for salt baked sea bass from the Veta de la Palma estate, served with potatoes and a spicy mojo sauce:
My Sea Bass was really good, and I haven’t even tried what my husband was eating, since I couldn’t even finish my dish. We both were very satisfied with the quality of food.
I also tried a desert, but it was just an ordinary chocolate fondant with chocolate ice-cream, nothing special.
I want also to mention exceptional service in El Gran Gatsby restaurant. During the evening at least 5 waiters were fussing around us, making our night so special. I want to thank everyone at the restaurant for such a wonderful and great job!
After we finished with the food, we walked around the restaurant to the open roof lounge area, where you can enjoy cocktails and food till the early morning. Maybe next time I should check it out as well.
I really enjoyed my time at El Gran Gatsby restaurant in Puerto Banus and would recommend this place for a quiet and romantic night or to take your business partners or guests to show one of the best restaurants in Puerto Banus. I am sure everyone will be satisfied.

Eva Longoria Parker in Marbella, Spain

One more rich and famous girl visits Marbella this August 2010 “Desperate Housewife” star – Eva Longoria Parker! Eva visited Marbella for the first time last year with her husband and now she is back for the Starlight Gala which will take place on August 7 at the Hotel Villa Padierna in Marbella (the same place where Michelle Obama is staying)

Eva Longoria Parker will be co-hosting the charity event with Antonio Banderas, and as “Marbella Hot Magazine” is saying: “The guest list at the star studded event already includes tennis legend Boris Becker and model Adriana Karembeu.” And as Michelle Obama is staying at the same hotel where the event will take place, maybe she will make an appearance as well.
The Starlite Gala is a unique Annual International Charity Gala bringing together the worlds of business, celebrity and philanthropy to raise money to improve the quality of the lives of communities, families and children in need.. everywhere!

Eva Longoria and Antonio Banderas talk in Spanish in this video, but you can see how beautiful Eva Longoria is. She looked amazing in this pink dress. And I also love to see her speak Spanish. You know how in Desperate Housewives she once said to Carlos, her husband in TV series, that she doesn’t know the language Now, here is the proof that she does know Spanish.
Welcome to Marbella, Eva Longoria Parker!! I hope you will go out to party in Puerto Banus or Olivia Valere, this is where I will be this Saturday By the way, I really enjoy your part in “Desperate Housewives”

Rich Girls – Top 10 Celebrity Bikini selection

June is almost over and buying bikini for Summer 2010 now would be strange, but I had an accident with my beloved Roberto Cavalli bikini in the aqua park and now I am searching for the equal replacement.
Before picking something new for myself, I was curious enough to investigate on what kind of bikinis Rich and Famous Girls have chosen for themselves to wear this summer. I have browsed numerous pictures of super hot and not so hot looking celebrities and made my own list of favorites. It was very hard to pick just 10, but here you go, my top 10 celebrity bikini 2010 (or better say celebrity in bikini 2010):
10 – Whitney Port
This girl has amazing body and I also liked the bikini, but maybe I would prefer another color, that’s why Whitney Port and her bikini are on the 10th place in Rich Girl’s top.

Loved the pink bikini on Hayden Panettiere, but it is still a little bit too simple to my taste, number 9 in my list.

I am not a fan of knitted bikinis, but I am a true admirer of Fergie and her perfect body. Everything will look amazing on Fergie, even knitted bikini.

Very simple blue bikini, but looking super hot on Denise Richards. I admire her for looking so sexy and ageless. Don’t think that this bikini will look good on me though.

5 – Rihanna
Loved this black swimming suite. It looks amazing on Rihanna. I am just a little bit concerned about the marks this bikini leaves on your skin after sun tanning But all in all I love this piece, even considering on buying one.

White bikinis always look amazing on tanned body, especially if this body has tits, that’s why Jenna Bentley looks super sexy in her white bikini.

2 – Heidi Montag
Sparkling bikini looks sexy on Heidi Montag’s over done body. I like the way she looks on the beach in her bikinis, I am sure all men can’t get their eyes off her. But, if I were Heidi I wouldn’t do so much plastic surgery to her face, she looks like wax doll, but if she is happy it’s only her business.
