Summer season is finally here in Marbella! Last week all major beach clubs held amazing Grand Opening parties, which only means one thing – grab your bikinis, rich girls, and fly to Marbella for the unforgettable summer of your life. We are ready to party here.
It seems that this summer will be even more busy, than the previous one, which is great – more crowd, more fun! A lot of beautiful people already can be seen on the streets, in the port, on different parties and in the clubs. Katie Price and Leonardo Penna were spotted last Saturday having good time in Ocean Club. New clubs and cool places will open this summer – Chinawhite by Dreamers and restaurant and lounge dance bar El Gran Gatsby in Puerto Banus both will open on the 3rd of June. So, even more amazing places to visit and fall in love with. Go, Marbella!

One of the most famous parties here on the Costa del Sol is Champagne Spray Party, organized by Sintillate in Ocean Club. I already mentioned this party last year, you can read it here in case you missed it. But since Champagne Party is one of the major events of the summer here in Marbella it is worth to write about it more.

Champagne Spray Sunday Parties at Ocean Club organized by Sintillate are one of the most luxurious and fun parties during summer season in Marbella with rivers of expensive champagne, beautiful people, sun and music. Over 2000 bottles of Veuve Cliquot Champagne got sprayed throughout the party. The happy day in the sun starts at 11 a.m. and continues till the 8.00 p.m, when nobody wants to leave. Not only because it is such a great party, but also because some people just can’t walk. Imagine drinking champagne from 11 in the morning through the day under the hot Spanish sun and you can get the picture.

Ocean Club with it’s 9000 m2 is a really perfect venue for such parties, it was renovated in 2008 and now has the second largest swimming pool of its kind in Europe, a designer bar, a restaurant catering for 300 people, live DJs, entertainment, over-sized white leather beds, a massage zone and parking.

Legendary Sintillate Champagne Spray Sunday Parties are hosted at the end of every month during summer season. This year parties will take place on the following dates: 1.05; 29.05; 26.06; 31.07; 28.08. Some people go especially to Marbella because of Champagne Parties in Ocean Club. In case you want to experience it as well, better plan your vacation around these dates.

Bed prices for this event start at 395,00 € and go up to 3950 €! Entry ticket without a bed, but with one bottle of Veuve Clicquot costs 100 € and 125 € for the party in August.
It is always better to book your beds or entry tickets in advance, because they are sold out quickly, you can contact angie@sintillate.co.uk for all future bookings. To make sure that you won’t miss the party.

It is great to read about the party and see some pictures, but it is always much better to experience it yourself, right rich girls?!

Here is also a very high quality video about the parties organized by Sintillate in Marbella. Maybe you will manage to spot yourself there
What do you think about pool parties? Have you ever been to such parties here in Marbella or anywhere else around the Globe? Share your experience with us, we would love to hear from you!
Have an amazing summer!

Rich Girl Attends Antibes Yacht Show 2011
April 15, 2011 by Rich Girl
Filed under Rich Photos, Rich Travel
I have just returned from my trip to French Riviera where I was lucky to spend one week on Antibes Yacht Show 2011.
Antibes Yacht Show is the first major yacht show of the season and is held in the port of Vauban, which is the largest port in Europe and this year there were 36 superyachts on display. This was my first time on the Antibes Yacht Show and I loved it. The show was wonderful, very well organized, a lot of amazing yachts and boats to look at as well as impressive list of participating companies.
For me this show was all about champagne and rose wine and after parties. Well, life is beautiful when you are in the yachting industry. My days started and ended with champagne with hors d’œuvre in different places through out the show and I can’t say I didn’t like it. Although, after consuming so much of wine I was just drinking water in a plane on my way back home.
So, going to yacht shows is always so much fun, you meet interesting people whether it is the owner of the yacht or it’s captain. Oh, this reminds me that I still haven’t told you about my trip to Monaco Boat Show 2010, where I bumped into mister Abramovich. Please remind me to tell you about Monaco next time, I have some really interesting and intriguing memories to share.
I have met some nice and interesting people during Antibes Yacht Show 2011 as well. For, example, Maik van Zoggel the director of the Dutch company – YachtsXL. The company makes amazing videos of yachts, boats and everything which falls into this category. Good quality videos of a yacht is a great way of advertising it for potential buyers or people interested in charter.
I have spent some time on the YachtsXL stand, talked to a lot of interesting people, laughed, enjoyed some sushi and great rose wine. Guys at YachtsXL are very friendly and professional, so the next time you will need a video of your yacht or company contact them first. They are great!
The other stand I want to point out from the Antibes Yacht Show 2011 is the one by Corkers Fine Wines & Provisions. The guys on the stand were very generous, they offered numerous tastings for their exquisite white and rose wines as well as provided some other stands with free bottles. This company is a specialist supplier to the yachting industry with over 30 years experience, has extensive range of world class wines and highly competitive prices.
Every evening there was live music and drinks at a “Crew Lounge”, organized by the Bluewater. This lounge was packed with people every evening and was a great place to make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
One of the most busiest stands during the show was Dovaston Crew – a world leader in the placement of professional crew. Dovaston Crew has office in Antibes and one night they organized drinks there.
So many people wanted to come for a drink, that they couldn’t even fit inside. Thankfully the weather was amazing and there was a happy crowd outside the office.
The other busy stand was Lloyds TSB International, very friendly team of professionals was helping crew members to open their offshore international bank accounts.
There were also other parties, like barbeque for the crew, cocktail party for the exhibitors, Captains’ Dinner and other. As I told you, it was really hard to stay focused and sober
If you ask me what yacht did I like the most during my time on the show, I would definitely say – Dilbar! It looks just the way I want my yacht to look one day. I haven’t been inside that yacht yet, because the yacht was not among the show participants, but I bet it is as grand inside as it looks from the outside.
So, Antibes Yacht Show 2011 was an amazing event, time flied so fast. At first, when I was just going there I thought what am I going to do for almost a week on a show, but it turned out that every day was filled with different and exciting things to do and people to meet.
The last thing I want to tell you, rich girls, about Yacht Shows is that yachting industry is a man’s world. And it means that if you are still single and planning to find the man of your dreams preferably with the yacht, you need to hurry up and order tickets to the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show 2011 which will be in the end of September. Also, if you still haven’t decided what career path to take, I would suggest you look into possibility of being a stewardess on a yacht. It’s fun, you live and eat on a yacht, you hang around cool people and you can save lots of money, because the salary is good and you can only spend it on your shopping while on shore, how cool is that?!
If you decide to try your chances as a stewardess then I suggest you turn to Bluewater for training first and after that Dovaston Crew will help you find the perfect yacht to work for.
Have you ever been to a yacht show before? What do you think about it? How you choose your next yacht for charter?
If you have any questions, I would love to hear back form you! Let’s have a conversation in the comments below.

Summer is just around the corner and it is time to pack for an unforgettable adventures and luxurious relaxation on the beach. I love summer, the most amazing things in my life happened to me during three summer months and that’s why I am so anxious. Have you already planned your summer holiday?! Are you going to stay in your house in Hampton or travel around the world? As I mentioned before I will spend my summer 2010 in Marbella with lots of parties and occasional trips throughout Europe. And as I am going to be here it is only logical that I would love to share more information about this glamorous and luxurious resort city with you.
Marbella is a high-profile place and I am even not afraid to call Marbella as the one of the most luxurious resort towns in the world. Marbella is the mix of Saint-Tropez and Monte Carlo with huge marina and exquisite parties, with numerous villas of some of the richest people on Earth. Marbella is a Mecca of prestigious charm and up scale living. If you are looking for relaxing retreat or an upbeat getaway for parties and entertainment, Marbella can meet any request with ease. Super-rich Saudi princes, Hollywood and various sports stars, European royalty and billionaire tycoons choose Marbella for their vacation and living.
You can find anything you are looking for in Marbella – numerous golf courses, tennis courts, famous Puerto Banus – with great number of bars and nightclubs, yachts, celebrities, glamour and exclusive and expensive designer boutiques, casino, cinema, beach clubs and much more. So, guess I have managed to convince you that Marbella is the perfect Rich Girls’ hang out place for summer. And I haven’t even mentioned about the parties yet!!
The parties here are crazy! Imagine spraying vintage champagne all day long on each other?! This happens in Ocean Club’s famous Sunday Champagne Spraying Parties and Nikki Beach’s Champagne World Tour Party. These are the most luxurious parties with rivers of expensive champagne, beautiful people, sun and music. Last year, OCEAN CLUB was the biggest outlet in the World for Veuve Cliquot largely due to Champagne Spraying parties where over 2000 bottles got sprayed throughout the afternoon. Legendary SINTILLATE CHAMPAGNE SPRAYING SUNDAY PARTIES at OCEAN CLUB are taking place at the end of every month. This year on 30th May, 27th June, 25th July and 29th August. The cheapest entry for this party is 100 Euros, including 1 bottle VL. But Rich Girls usually party with friends and no doubt order Super VIP Square for 12 people, which cost 2975 Euros. Here is the video of one of such events happened in the past:
If you need more up-to-date information about Marbella Champagne Party at Ocean Club 2011 click here.
Nikki Beach Champagne World Tour Parties are different, but also lots of fun and the nearest will take place on Saturday, July 24th. And, yeah, if you want to get better picture about Marbella and Puerto Banus check out my video (if you haven’t done it already)
So, Rich Girls, what do you think? Am I going to see you in Marbella this summer or what?!
