Oscar de la Renta wedding dress is the synonym of luxury and elegance in bridal fashion. His wedding gowns are often strapless with classic silhouettes, usually made of embroidered organza and laces. I saw one article about 7 the most influential bridal designers and Oscar de la Renta was the only man on that list.
Oscar de la Renta wedding dress was even featured in the first Sex And The City movie, when Carrie was working on a photo shoot for Vogue. I just love this episode of the movie.
Celebrities also choose Oscar de la Renta wedding dresses for their special day, for example, Katherine Heigl walked down the aisle in a custom-made Oscar de la Renta gown during her wedding to musician Josh Kelley on Dec. 23, 2008.

The same year (May 10, 2008) Jenna Bush, daughter of the 43rd U.S. President George W. Bush, wore an Oscar de la Renta gown during her wedding to Henry Hager.

Vera Wang – #1 wedding dress choice of Rich Girls

Summer is the official wedding season all over the world. Not sure about Australia, though I think it’s the perfect time to get married – the sun is shining, it’s warm and green all around, everyone is happy, beautiful and tanned. Love is in the air! I have no intentions to get married this summer, but I love to flip through wedding dresses every season, just in case.
The first name that comes to my mind when I think about luxurious and exquisite wedding dress, the perfect choice for Rich Girls, is Vera Wang! It is the first stop on your way to long and exciting search for your one and only wedding dress. The most significant dress you will wear in your life! I have a feeling though that after you visit Vera Wang’s bridal salon you will look no further. Anyway, it doesn’t matter how many weddings you will have in your life, each one will be special and you will need a perfect and unique wedding dress.
Vera Wang started her luxury salon in 1990 at the esteemed Carlyle Hotel on New York City’s Madison Avenue, showcasing her innovative bridal collection. Recently, Vera Wang has opened her first west coast store with a beautiful salon on Melrose Avenue.

But we are not going to look this way, right?!

She was wearing a spectacularly embellished strapless Vera Wang wedding gown with full princess skirt, tiara-like silver and rhinestone belt, a tied-bow back and a waist-length veil. A lot of pictures from the wedding could be found here.
As well as Chelsea Clinton, the other celebrity rich girls preferred to tie the knot in Vera Wang wedding dresses, such as LaLa Vasquez, Hilary Duff and Alicia Keys. Let’s see what exquisite celebrity brides the 2011 year will bring us?!
