Dress Rich to feel Rich and Successful

I think you will find a lot of people out there who will say: “Why spend so much money on junk (meaning expensive designer clothes)! Why spend $200 for just one t-shirt if you can buy 10 instead of the same quality”. Also, it started to be very popular lately to mention the economy: “It is outrageous to buy designer clothes when the economy is down and everyone needs to struggle”. And so on and so forth. Maybe even you think that it is always better to do your shopping in cheap department stores rather than switch to boutiques?! Well, just keep on reading and I will try to explain you why it is crucial to always choose the best and as a result more expensive things.

Before I will continue my speech about clothing I want to ask you one question:“When people first see you what do you want them to think about you? What impression you want them to have?” Think about it. Why businessmen spend fortunes on expensive suites and accessories? Right, because they want people to think about them as successful, trustworthy and rich, kind of person you want to do business with, kind of person you can trust. You won’t trust a businessman in untidy dreadful suite and dirty shoes; because you will think that if he can’t make an effort to look good, why he will be making any effort in doing great business. Or else, maybe he is not that smart or successful; maybe he is broke and can’t afford to look good, so if I will be dealing with this guy I will lose money, better stay away from him. What will my friends think about me if I will introduce this person to them?

Someone might say, but I am not a businesswoman why should I bother. I don’t care what people think about me as long as I am happy the way I am. Well, it is up to you to think that way, but if you want to succeed in this life, if you want people to respect you and treat you as important person you need to make an effort. Your appearance is the first basis for evaluation people have, and first impressions last. The better you are “packaged”, the more public acceptance you will receive. People look at another person and make a quick and often subconscious appraisal.

Your appearance talks to others, but it also talks to you. Try to remember what did you feel when you were dressed up for a special event, let’s say prom night. You wanted to look your best, right? You were searching the stores for the one and only dress, which will help highlight your slender body, you begged your parents to give you more money, because that perfect dress were expensive. Then you bought the shoes, they also were perfect and more expensive than you planed them to be. But when the day had come, remember how did you feel? You were confident about yourself, you wanted to smile, you wanted to make lots of pictures, guys were impressed by your looks, girls were envious and everything was just so perfect.

Now, also remember the time when you decided to go out and didn’t make an effort to look good. You had greasy hair, your outfit was cheap and shabby; you were just going to buy some essentials from the nearest supermarket. And right there you have met a guy whom you liked so much! He noticed you and started to talk to you. What were your feelings in this situation? Did you want to smile and flirt with the guy or you just wanted to run away as soon as possible and hide somewhere? Did you manage to feel like a queen in this situation? The guy of your dreams is right here why you want to run away? Because you know that you don’t look your best and it eats up your confidence.

So, why to spend lots of money on clothes again? Because in the end it will make you feel confident, feel important, feel beautiful which will result in winning respect in others, making new friends and boyfriends.

What to do, if you are not a rich girl at the moment, but you want to dress rich? The solution is: pay twice as much and buy half as many. Remember, it is not the quantity is the quality that counts. It is better to buy one pair of expensive high quality shoes which will last longer, win you respect, boost your confidence and will look great than to buy cheap ones which will be killing your feet, will look dreadful after two times of wearing and you will never know how long they will last. The same rule applies to sunglasses, handbags, coats, dresses, skirts, socks - everything!! Look at it as an investment. Guys invest in stocks, we girls invest in looking and feeling good.

And you know why all this trouble?! As L’oreal slogan says: Because YOU worth it!

You are worth the best this life has to offer! Always remember that and choose accordingly!

Get rich by saving money!

Ok, so you want to be rich, right? Well, I am (richer than I was, anyway) …and I got here because I was careful with my money.

I made savings, I made investments, I avoided debt and as a result, I made more money than I thought I would - and I want you to as well, so that’s why I’m providing you with this simple guide to help you improve your financial situation and start making money. It won’t happen overnight, so you’ve got to be patient - but by paying attention to the points I’m making, you should be able to improve your financial future.

1. Review your finances as they are now
You won’t make any money if you don’t know how much you’ve already got (unless you win big on the lottery!), so sit down and take a look at how much money you earn each month, and how much money you spend each month.

When you can see an overview of your finances in front of you, you should be able to see where you can make cut backs on your spending to save yourself money.

We are all guilty of buying things we don’t need, and that is where the majority of us waste our money. So make the change, only buy things you need - it will save you a lot of money!

2. Invest in your home to save in the long run
By investing in your home now, you can save a lot of money in the long run. For example, invest in wall insulation, double-glazed windows, insulation for your boiler and thicker curtains.

Of course, there are other investments you can make around your home, but the ones mentioned above are the main ones. By making these investments you can save yourself a lot of money - for example, the investments above will help keep heat in your house during the winter months - which will save you money on your heating bills.

Remember, you can’t make money if you don’t save money - so you should be trying to make as many savings as you possibly can. Every dollar saved is a dollar towards making you rich!

3. Don’t buy what you don’t need - unless you can actually afford it
This is my final point here, but it may well be the most important point to make. If you really want to save money, don’t buy things you don’t need. It’s as simple as that. Save, invest and earn until you have enough money to buy whatever you want. There is no point getting into debt to buy things, this will only push you further away from being rich! I’ll give you a little example here. Imagine you have $30,000 in your account - and you go out and buy a great car costing $29,000. Yes, you now have a nice car - but you have also wasted a lot of your money, which means that you are no longer ‘rich’. Did you really need that car there and then? Could you have bought a cheaper car…or waited until you could really afford it?

The moral of this little story is only buy that expensive thing when you can afford it (in other words, don’t leave just $1,000 in your account!).

Ok, so these tips won’t actually make you rich, but they will certainly give you the strong financial foundations you need to start making money. We’ve all got to start somewhere, so let’s start today and have a richer future!

Really, want to be Rich?!

“Rich Life’s Tips” - the series of publications to help people understand what means “To Lead a Rich Life” and how to approach it. I was surprised to find out that there are a lot of people on Earth who doesn’t want to become rich. I used to talk to some people who said, I don’t need it, I have different priorities in life and to have billions in any kind of currency on my account is not my goal. Well, it was really a surprise to me, cause since my early childhood I knew that I want to be rich, period!

So, before you start reading and partisipating in discussions here in Rich Girl’s Club, you need to understand and answer honestly to the following questions:

What does leading a Rich Life really means to you?!

What do you really want and need?! Do you need a huge 15 bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills or it will be enough to have 5 bedroom house somewhere in Florida?! Do you need people who will clean your house, opens the doors to your guests, cooks and buys food for you, takes care of your 20 cars, horses and dogs, cleans your huge pool and waters enormous garden full of exotic plants from all around the world?! Do you actually need all this stuff?

Before you take this long (or short, you never know) trip to riches, you need to know where are you heading to and where will be a milestone on this road when you will be able to say: “Yes! I made it! I am Rich and I am leading a Rich Life!”

How to become Rich?!

How to become rich? How many times you asked this question? It is time to find some answers!

Ok, if you are reading posts on this site, it means at least two things: a) you are rich or b) you want to be rich.

If you are already rich then you can be the author of this Rich Life’s Tips section. I am serious If you want to share the story of your success or just some tips, just let me know.
But if you are willing to become rich, than there is a great journey waiting for you. The first step on this journey is to realize why you want to become rich?! Do you really-really want it? Or it will be enough for you to have just extra $2000 every month?

Be passionate about it! See yourself in your private Jet, on a yacht, in your house on the Hills! Lead Rich life in your head (for now at least)!

Set high goals and believe in your dream! Set high goals, like: earn $1 000 000 by the end of this year! What?! Scared?! Don’t believe this is possible?! Well, it’s only up to you.

And do something in order to fulfil your dream! Don’t just wait for great money to appear, do something! Move! Search for opportunities and don’t be afraid to risk and act!

These are basics, but you will be surprised how many people fail to do at least one of these things. Some are lazy, a lot of people are afraid and the most of them do not believe it is possible.

I hope you are passionate to become a Rich Girl! Otherwise no one will be able to help you and there will be no need in reading Rich Life’s Tips, because there will be no use in it.

Ok, so you want to become a Millionaire one day, right? At least  you like to dream about it. I think it is already a good start. If you at least know what you want, it is most likely that you will get it.

But do you know what does the word Millionaire mean? Who are they, those Millionaires? Do you know what you will have to do and face when you will become one? You need to know it before you started your jorney towards Big Huge Money!

Let’s have a look at the Wikipedia:

The word was first used (as millionnaire, double “n”) in French in 1719 by John Law, and is first recorded in English (millionaire, as a French term) in a letter of Lord Byron of 1816, then in print in Vivian Gray, a novel of 1826 by Benjamin Disraeli. An earlier English word “millionary” was used in 1786 by Thomas Jefferson while serving as Minister to France; he wrote: “The poorest labourer stood on equal ground with the wealthiest Millionary”. The first American printed use is thought to be in an obituary of New York tobacco manufacturer Pierre Lorillard II in 1843.

The increasing prevalence of people with more and more money has given rise to additional terms to further differentiate millionaires. A multimillionaire has a net worth of more than 2 million units of currency, a decamillionaire has a net worth of more than 10 million units of currency, and a hectomillionaire has a net worth of more than 100 million units of currency. The term centimillionaire has become synonymous with hectomillionaire in America, despite the centi- prefix meaning 1/100, not 100, in the metric system.

While statistics regarding financial assets and net worth are presented by household, the term is also often used to describe only the individual who has amassed the assets as millionaire. That is, even though the term statistically refers only to households, common usage is often in reference only to an individual.

A millionaire (originally and sometimes still millionnaire) is an individual whose net worth or wealth exceeds one million units of currency. It can also be a person who owns one million units of currency in a bank account or savings account. Depending on the currency, a certain level of prestige is associated with being a millionaire, which makes that amount of wealth a goal for some, and almost unattainable for others.

The increasing number of millionaires is partially due to prevailing economics: Increasingly, the term denotes more and more to the status of high wealth. American sociologist Leonard Beeghley classifies all households with net worth exceeding $1 million as “The Rich.” Currently, there are over 10 million residents around the globe classified as millionaires.
